Study on the Influence of Different Factors on Pneumatic Conveying in Horizontal Pipe

Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and particle breakage in pneumatic conveying process large-scale breeding enterprises, this paper, based on theoretical calculated value suspension velocity, a computational fluid model discrete element are established dynamics (CFD) method (DEM). Then, through numerical simulation gas-solid two-phase flow, influence four factors wind speed, mass flow rate, pipe diameter, size velocity distribution particles horizontal pipe, dynamic pressure change drop solid concentration studied. The results show that k-ε turbulence can better simulate movement analysis simulation, different characteristics is obtained, which provides scientific basis for construction line.
